1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services or contact us. This includes: names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles (brokerage, agent type), usernames, passwords, contact preferences, and contact or authentication data.

Sensitive Information: We process account login information and DRE license numbers when necessary with your consent or as permitted by applicable law.

Social Media Login Data: If you register using Google, we collect certain profile information from Google including your name, email address, and profile picture.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Services, including IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and usage data. We use cookies for session management.

Google API: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We provide AI Products through Anthropic. Our AI Products include:

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. When you do this, we receive certain profile information from Google including your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

We are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by Google. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures including row-level security policies, authenticated API routes, service-role key separation, and HTTPS via Vercel. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

CompDeck is a professional platform for licensed real estate agents. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact us at support@getcompdeck.com if you become aware of any such data.

10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@getcompdeck.com.

Upon request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
